Good day. I really hope to get resolution for this. I'm sorry in advance for the rant. It's just that I can't contain my frustrations anymore.

First problem is that the formatting of some lines in my story became different in the app even though it's perfectly fine on the web and mobile version.

It's for every line or paragraph with this formatting.

<System: ...Well. Yeah yeah yeah>

But in the app version, it becomes

&gtSystem: ...Well. Yeah yeah yeah&lt

Sighs. The first one is obviously the correct one. Please help me with this. My readers told me it's still fine before the most recent update but then it became like this after that. Someone suggested me to just change the grouping symbols into [System:...] But I have more than 200 chaps. Do I go through each of them to edit then? LOL. It will take so much time, probably a day or two, which I would rather spend writing new chaps.

Second problem is the word count. Er, I wrote 1,400 words today, freshly uploaded through the app. To my surprise, even though under details, there's no problem with the word count, exactly 1400, when it got published it suddenly became 400+. 😅
