Ann_onymous if u wanna find novels with that tags just go to browse and select what u what
if u wanna know if a novel is completed or ongoing just go to it's page and it will show that near the title if it is completed or not
as for if it is translated or original most of the times it will tell the translator's name on the novel's page so if it shows a translator's team name so it is a translation but if it just have a author name than it is probably a orginal
