From what I understood, the premium chapters are the chapters that the translator is currently doing?
Like, the schedule is 7/week, if the translator works on 21/week, that is his own business, it shouldn't change the schedule. It's like that translator is having some over time and getting paid more, seems good enough for me, lmao
When we buy SS will there be any discounts on paying the chaps?? What are the other ways on getting the badge?
How long does it take for you guys to process payment been waiting for a while now after purchasing and even tried buying again and it just says to wait and check later. Also would be a good idea to add more payment options.

One thing I'm wondering,
If I unlock 1 premium chapter with spirit stones, let's say chapter 105 (with the current free chapters being at 104), then next day will the free chapter unlocked for me be 106, or will that premium chapter 105 that I unlocked become the free chapter released to everyone.
Miya Love how you're pretty much calling the free readers leechers, parasites to their face even the vast part of them that watched the adds to get access to the chapters and thus technically paid for said chapters.
Not everyone has the excess cash to fork off just to keep up to date with all the chapters of their many favorite stories especially if they're students for exemple.
I understand the situation so I don't mind paying

I read many novels but only 2 of them have extra chapters released

Miya I agree that it is cheap, we can still read for free and given how many novels are on this site i expect that you can satisfy your thirst until the next chapter of your favorite novel is released from premium mode.
Again we have to remember it's a beta, it is very likely to change in many different way depending on how it works with us. It is still something to watch and give our input on if only to ensure that it stays something that pretty much everyone can be ok if not happy with without turning into things like what happens with EA games.
WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL I get that you need to make money for the writers editors translators basically everyone who works for the company but I think there should be a subscription per novel or even for all of them even if it’s weekly or monthly. Obviously I have very little expectation that they will do this. I don’t know how much words per page a book actually has because I’m not a avid reader of physical books myself but I’m sure youre not paying as much as you would be per word compared to this website, I think showing people teasers of the chapters that they can’t have access to is pointless why not just have the title and option to unlock it? Or even have an option that just shows you that there are 10 chapters that can be unlocked? Although a lot of people hate on the company for trying to make money I understand where they’re coming from it just seems so forced I don’t mind watching adds for chapters which I have no doubt I’ll still have to do every time a free chapter comes out still, but to basically use chapters and there teasers as incentives to buy ss sucks for the people who cant afford or don’t want to pay for them.
Wait so I can still get SS from daily check in and other things and I can still use SS to unlock the chapters, But now it's also for premium titles other than the already existing Bonus chapters that require SS to unlock. So basically I can still get everything for free ?
Will this premium thing also include those novels that barely update as is??? (Im also talking SS increase) cause sometimes you still have to pay SS even though it’s been a month waiting for updates

You know what will happen? The newest chapters will just be pirated and posted elsewhere. The greedy people that never learn are those who again and again try to return to unsuccessful distribution models. If Qidan becomes fully commercial, it will just mean other site will replace it with same content.
To ask a question that's probably in the minds of others:

With Qidian going premium I hope attention is paid to Quality Control, there is nothing more annoying than paying for a chapter to find it has many grammatical mistakes, spelling mistakes, even incorrect character / technique names in random places.
At the moment I put with these errors, especially on fast releasing novels like Immortal Mortal as the chapters are basically free, but if I'm paying for the content I would insist that you have it be properly QC'd.
just don't be too updated and wait it to be unlock T_T i hope i can do it.
I want QI to release all the RTW and IM chapters and make them premium!! I need to read them!!! T_T

If I use spirit stones to read ahead for 2 chapters, do I still get 7 free chapters a week or only 5?
let say we have premium chapter from 10-20.. on normal occasion.. eventually chapter 10 will become free chapter to read after given of some time.. so let say that if i use ss to unlock chapter 10 now.. then by the time that i can use free chapter on chapter 10.. should i be able to use this free chapter on chapter 11 or i will have to wait for some other time until chapter 11 is scheduled to become a free chapter?
if that is the case.. then it is no point waiting for a chapter to become free once u use them to unlock these chapter if it is suppose to only become free chapter on scheduled time

DarkGem For how long tho? That's the question... This is how Qidian works. They implement things slowly. We are like frogs that are slowly boiling. We don't notice it since Qi doesn't throw us into a boiling pot immediately. If they did that we would just jump out. But by increasing the temperature slowly, us frogs will stay untill we boil and die...
