I want to join the WPC #86 but my story main character is strong at the beginning. He only strong at the arc 1 but at the arc 2 he won't be as strong anymore and from there it would be weak to strong story. I wanna know if my story still eligible to participate in the contest? Because the arc 1 take some chapters before it can progress to arc 2
