Why is it so expensive to unlock chapters? I'm talking about the premium stockpiled chapters avaliable only on the app.
Went to go unlock a bunch of chapters, but realized it'd cost me nearly $50 to unlock all chapters (50 chapters). They're as expensive as college tuition books
DarkImmortal_Intel b/c privilege isn't intended for the common reader; it's for those that are extreme readers and have the funds to be able to do so (like those who support the author with patreon). as a normal reader, if you don't want to pay or have the financial capabilities of affording these prices, you can just wait for normal chapters to be released as usual. :)

you're basically suggesting that he becomes a thief. it's like saying "I don't have money to buy clothes, so I'm going to shoplift" but with writing. yes, he can go and read it for free on those sites, but if he does so, he is basically supporting thievery from the author.
yeah, sure, it's "up to readers if they read it on that website or not", but the fact that you're encouraging such behavior is what's wrong.

I remember the time when we could read everything for 20$/month.
The good old days.
The company lost me as a customer after they stopped it.
They want money but they lost many paying customers with the privilege thing.
And please don't forget an eBook on for example amazon costs only 5$ with full editing and so on. You have to pay a few hundreds dollar for an unfinished novel on this site...
