This has been concerning me a lot lately...does webnovel have a bug or something....because my already unlock chapter somehow magically locked again!!!! Is this a joke??!! I've send report but it still happening!!!!!!!!! This has wasted my ss a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not 100% sure but I think unlocked chapters become locked again after a while? At least that's what I think I heard so don't take what I said to be true.

Unlocked chapters are only relocked, retroactively, if they weren't already unlocked with SS before. Some readers may have unknowingly read free chapters before they went premium, or when the novel was put on the limited free reading event, and thought they have unlocked them instead. That's usually the case.
mysteriousnyaw00 Could you maybe check your consumption history in the bill spirit and see if you have indeed made an SS transaction before to unlock those chapters? I know it's a bit tedious, but just to make sure first.
