I think i had similarly reported a similar to this.
Here i once again a bug on my Exp Bar for 2 days i did not received it.
My exp bar should have reached 5028+ something like that. Now my Exp bar haven't moved for about 2 days tell me if this is a display bug or i haven't really received my Daily Exp?

    Hi there, as shown in the records that you get exp everyday recently. You're lvl4 now, and if you get 10 or 20, it's hard to show differ on the exp bar. You can look at the desc inside the bar circle, it shows you get exp or not, like "xxx EXP required for the level up". Thanks.

      As the record shows, you had received your Exp daily. The Exp bar may move slowly for your grade is high and you need more Exp to reach next grade. You can pay your attention to the words "*** EXP required for the
      level up" in the Exp bar and you will find how many points you got everyday. In the future We will optimize this. Thank you for your feedback
