The Webnovel app, if you were not aware, has a website counterpart at https://www.webnovel.com. If you select the book you want to read on the original site, you can copy and paste the URL into Google Translate. Google Translate will then provide a link which will redirect you to the same website but translated to the language you want to read. You can't select a book from inside the google translated version as the website is unresponsive in that.

Please bear in mind that some translators may take offence to you reading a MTL of their novel.
