i know it's not failure to buy SS. But i read over 240 minutes but the coins for 120 and 240 minutes weren't added to my coins and i didn't know how i should contact you about it.

It's kind off depressing and will probably use webnovel less now.
I have been having this issue a lot.
With one update they cut off every way to earn coins/credits that's really greedy!

ipeace I have 3 Gmail accounts, if you are on app like me, that's 12 chapters you can read daily. If you have a 2nd phone like me, create another 3 or 4 Gmail accounts, keep switching between then, you can read close to 20 chapters a day. Just read a different book in different account, since we no longer get coins for time read.
You have to figure out where these things go after updates like this. You did not receive the coins used to exchange for ch, but rather "points", which I believe are added to your "farming" pool. I do not believe the reading time rewards are experience points, but rather they go towards your farming points which can be exchanged for week long or half-week free reading passes (my personal observation). The only problem I have with this is that those prices cost anywhere from 4,000 to 20,000 farming points which would take a SUPER long time to accumulate. I have read 470 points worth and it took me about 140 ch of "the rise of the undead legion" and a lot of coins/SS. Taking that into consideration, adding in reading time bonuses and if I can even find another half decent farming novel worth reading. It would then take me about 8-12 weeks to save 4,000 farming points (If I make 400-500 every 3 weeks). Or in other words, 40-60 weeks to save around 20,000 points (and that is for a full week of free reading). So these farming points are to be seen as an investment of our time and money in exchange for a week of reading anything we want.

If these reading time "points" are experience points, then it would definitely slow down our points accumulation over time. But that's just how it is now. All we can do is accept the decrease in daily/weekly/reading rewards and pay up or settle for reading less throughout the week and having more free time to unfortunately have to spend on friends/family/living life outside of webnovel. On the other hand, you could check-in and save your rewards through the week and spend 1 day a week immersing yourself in your favorite novels rather than using them immediately for 1-3 ch a day and feeling disappointed after each cliffhanger. I don't believe there is even a reward for having a long check-in streak either. Good luck to everyone out there, and Happy Holidays! dsmitty Honestly, from what I heard, the authors or translators don't get anything from the free ss or coins used, so it doesn't matter to them in the long term. Of course you could read elsewhere the same thing with a delay , but I would rather not pirate stuff if if an help it.
