zettemagat probably either a bug or ss expiration. they do expire, you know. especially if you had bonus ss from purchasing ss or something, which could explain a sudden jump. if you're 100% positive they didn't expire, file a bug report. it doesn't have anything to do with wn purposefully taking away your ss.
Cantiara The point is, when this apps were updated,all its perks becomes odds to the point that even those earned before were lost. You dont even have the odea how loyal I am to this apps and to lost your stones and be forced to buy so you can continue to read your fave book is unreasonable. There are lots and lots of web apps that comes with good and quality books too. Just a matter of choice that needs to consider I say..

Good you out this out there~ Unless you’re a writer too, or looking from the business perspective, readers can easily fall into the trap of looking at it just from their standpoint/sense of entitlement due to being used to a status quo which then changes so they get butthurt despite getting so much for free for a long time.
Interesting to see what WN will do in the future. Certainly these kinda of moves don’t reflect well on them from a consumer standpoint and loyalty, but a business is business. I don’t know their financials, but I’d rather see them not go bankrupt or contracted writers making nothing due to remaining largely free.

zmyohan you don't drive to a restaurant, get a cup of complimentary cup of water for free, then complain to the restaurant about your car fuel prices that you had to pay to be able to drive your car to eat at there. it's not WN's fault that you have to use data. have you ever heard of... wifi? or going to a library/cafe with free wifi?
no need to be so rude about things, and fun fact: you are not entitled to anything free. (except... well maybe oxygen. but you know. the normal stuff part of every business or company?)

But all the rest were signed out and well, might be this one too when my so called ss stones turned to coins which I earned by recommending lots of friends to subscribed were finished. I would say,i still have 430 to spend anyway..

I usually dont complain over things and not so fussy,just so happened that I read all my latest chapters a night before christmas eve and wokes up early and my first thought was check for next update and shock to learn that all this happens in not even 8hrs slept at 1:30am and as you all see, its not very merry to a novel addict like me especially today dec.24 .. Annoyed?? Cant even explain. Yeah.maybe a lot. Frustrated must be the correct word. Not even taken my bfast you know.. 6:30am

Maybe in a way, this is good for you. You slept at 1.30 and the last thing you did was check Webnovel. Then you woke up at the crack of dawn and the first thing you did was check Webnovel again. You see, all forms of addiction is bad, including web novels addiction. Instead of getting frustrated here, have your breakfast, go out, take a walk in the park, meet up with your friends and family, enjoy Christmas eve. Plenty of things to do, ya know ;)

Everything has a cost. Want something? Pay for it. The only thing is that, you must decide if it offers value for your money. Complaining won’t take us anywhere, unless it’s for something that can actually be fixed.
That said, I just hope WN will level up too—better quality, better service, fewer glitches, a more secure system with regards to purchases. Until then, I will subsist on fast passes and observe. Thank you Cantiara for patiently explaining things to us. Merry Christmas to all!
