The watching ads button is not working properly , as in, I still have to watch ad about 30s once a day and get no extra reward. With the app reading milstone I see that it don't work either, I click on it, it tell I have it, but when I check again in the novel to unlock the chapter and surprisingly, there are not enough coins. the system had my 3 fastpass and 20 coin

Reading milestones rewards points instead. Try checking under Profile>Store>My points on the app. You should see a +10 For reading , as for the extra reward it gives you + 5 experience, that's it. So in total you would get 3 Fast pass a day. and 60 points a week.
Same, I am not receiving the ad rewards and neither it's added into points...

I want to make sure of the daily check in system. Ok if I get 1 free pass for check in, then for the ad rewards I get another free pass + exp. Does this mean I get 2 pass in total? Or one?

@maple526 You get one fast pass for the initiate and +5 xp as an advertisement reward.
So basically you get 1 Fast pass and + 5 exp every day.
