Collections
Oceano_Turtle Collections are readers that have added your novel to their library, In turn will notify the readers that the book has a new chapter available to be read.

Basically it shows you how many people are following your story. When you finish up there's a good chance you will loose a ton of collections since not everyone keeps novels in their library they finished reading.
This also allows you to track how many people drop your story and when.
If you publish a chapter and people complain in the comments it's one thing. But if you see a huge dip in collections there after it means you lost those readers completely.
You especially see this happen after you don't publish new chapters for a while.
Its a good training tool as it will help you zero in on where you messed up, but if you're here looking for a well paying contract, you're better off self publishing or just sending your work to a ton of publishing companies if your good.
