Please help. There is a serious problem with the collection tab. No matter how many collections notification I get, the total number in the main story page of app just doesn't change, the star icon in between the views and power stones data. Its stuck at the same number.
There are two three threads already for inbox bug. I'm also opening a separate thread. Please fix the bug asap with the new update.

Today I got around 8 colls till now. Yesterday my collection count was 133, and now it's only 135. I don't see anyone dropping my story either.
I'm feeling that for every 2 colls, only 1 is getting added beside that star icon. Or almost all times there is no change reflected at all. It is just stuck at same number. Even yesterday too, no matter how coll notifs I got, it was still at 133.
You can see the views is also not updating. If you check my novel, the views is 48 or 49K but under Writing section, it still shows 45K.
So, I guess it is buggy. Some other authors are also facing the same issue. Since I have recently started my novel, collections really matter to me.
So incorrect update will be an issue.
Please help.
Hello and sorry to bother you. Did you get the chance to check the colls and views? I'm still facing the same issue. Sometimes out of a few colls, only 2 gets updated.

Not sure that it's a bug. The first pic gives you notifications whenever someone adds book to their library, but it seems like they can uncheck it right away, giving you no added collection. You still get the notification. I get had cases where I get 20-30 notifications but only really 1-2 people added
Aah. That must be it. I get these by the minute. I don't see changes. So it represents drops too? I guess because our stats are generally 2 days behind, it's hard to tell what is real time value or not.

From what I can tell, you get notifications when someone adds, but not when someone drops. The collections number refreshes only periodically, so it doesn't catch quick fluctuations.

my views under Writing also doesn't reflect quickly enough which was not a issue before. It's actually 53K views but it shows 47K only. It's gets updated damn slowly. So I thought that since both are giving issue there might be a bug.

Me too. I need help with mine. My collection is stuck when my daily report says that I have some. I don't know if my views are stuck too. In my phone browser, my collection was stuck at January 2.
Same here. I get collections notification but the total no doesn't reflect. Mine is stuck at 148 since last 3 days.
@WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL I think the views and colls is really buggy. Please help in resolving asap.
It already has been known that the collections are very delayed.

Sorry to bother you, this is indeed a bug and the quntity in the notification may inaccuracy. We will fix it with the new update.
But meanwhile the notification only show the added quantity, if readers drop your book from their booshelf, the sum quantity may not change.

app was bloating. Not only that if internet unstable mobile app on android became slugish. And download cache for offline read Make app became slugish too. Current version was slug fest for bloating. And already read/watched countering page was not accurate.
