I had 120 points barely use 20 to 30 points and now it’s all gone including the reading time challenge.... Please explain???

I hear ya! Mine reverted to zero and then it went up no matter how many coins I got from the reading reward!
Same thing is happen to me,am not getting my daily stones or the voted one,,need an explanation?
