i think we should treat this week as a freebies for all translators/editors/moderators/admins etc on qi 'cause it's the week of the chinese new year.
be patient, i think they prob have your chapters in a google drive somewhere and they were just a bit late to post them
lol wtf yea thats a good excuse i thought they were a serious organisation, you cant take a fricking week off even before the holiday starts and then take what a week more? the spring festival and golden week starts tomorrow the 15 of feb.

Swallowed Star is translated by Translation Nation... They've had some issues with releasing chapters before, and they still do have some issues. I don't think has anything to do with the Chinese new year, especially considering that the official vacation notice was posted a few days ago, and Mute noticed this issue for a week now. This is an issue with the translator, I believe.
I have been looking forward every day to read the next chapter, im disapointed in them. I may go and finish it on lnmt
Nothing wrong with take a vaccation/break but at least tell us about it....
Imo I wouldn't consider this a vacation. The translator is still actively translating and posting chapters so it's not like he's taking a break from it since he still posts new chapters on his patreon. It just seems like he's given up on free releases and moved on to paid translations only. You can all keep saying give him a break but the longer he's allowed to do this the more he's encouraged to stay with the model and soon enough no chapters ever unless you pay for it. If you are ok with paying for chapters good for you but im out.
