Hi! I was wondering where there are the rules of usage of webnovel. Some accounts are suspecting they have been blacklisted and had some sort of punishment but they are not sure what rule they broke. Not in the forum of course.

Can someone explain to me what's the difference between the old system before and the system Webnovel uses now?
From what I could get from reading is:
Old System: Balance was more inclined toward the viewers. Authors weren't paid much for their writing and we're only getting a small (very small) income with getting a contract.
New System: The Balance is a little wonky as Webnovel tries to fix things for both author and viewer enjoyment. They are trying to restrict a few things on the reader's side so that author can get more money out of their books. They are also trying to develop so that even though they are restricting a few things, we'll still be able to enjoy benefits.
