It didn’t say anywhere on the WARNING link that I’d still have to pay for the privileged chapters that I just paid for -.- this is ridiculous why would I pay twice for the same chapters and why can’t I use fast pass for them? Only coins which I’m out of.

Privilege chapters are just that, you're getting the privilege to buy them before they're released to the "public". It's pretty much been like that since they launched the program.
I do agree they should make it a bit more obvious that you still have to purchase the chapters.
I personally spend a lot of money supporting the authors even if it gets a bit more expensive. I wish they would drop the price of coins a bit more.
