When I was reading rise of the undead legion and scrolled passed the page to buy privileged chapters, the website wouldn’t let me scroll up as it Now considers the privilege page to be the first chapter

Shadowbladealpha You need the app to buy Privilege of books. Here's how to get back to the chapters on the Mobile Site.
This is the screen, I presume, you are talking about.
1. Tap anywhere above the "PURCHASE IN APP" button and it will open the toolbar/menu/whatever you call it.
2. Tap on the three lines next to the crescent moon in the bottom-left and it will open the Chapter Index of the book.
3. Click on whatever chapter you want to jump to and it will take you to that chapter.
Again, it is not a bug since the privilege screen is not a chapter but a completely different view inside the webapp.
@yaoyueyi No bugs reported. Although the experience could be made better, it isn't a bug.
RABBITICOL I forgot to mention that I can’t pull up the index, it’s why I am stuck. When I try to it says that I am reading the first chapter and won’t let me access the index button or anything else
