I don't know if it's just me, but when I listen music the ideas seem to flow better.
Especially if it's 'trap' style music.

ME!
same here. music helps to set the mood for me.
sometimes I do, sometime I don't.
Listening to music does help setting up the mood, however, there are times that it annoys me cause I like weeb song. lol
Of course, i ives me power.
(By the way, I have LuxTenebris as my username for some stuff. Cool to see another one)
ILuxTenebris I do when I want to vividly think of a scene that I'm trying to write out. Especially to capture the right kind of emotional undertone.
ILuxTenebris It's fun to write when some "violent" music is playing behind such as "Berserk- My brother"
Or "DOOM (2016) OST - Rip & Tear." These are the two I have listened to the most.
My music choice depends on the type of scene i am writing . It helps me greatly
90% of the time. Sometimes, I also like to write in absolute silence.
I agree. Especially epic cinematic music (think Avengers theme). That always gets me going, haha.
listening to music can highly improve concentration depending on the music.
yep
Dude I feel like I can't even write right without music plugged in- it's just hard to get in the right mood (thus my hundreds of playlists)
