Silently1305 Tomo is the least arrogant person I know, honestly. Please get some facts clear before you start going off like this:
1) I moderate fairly simply. If I see people being helpful on the forum most of the time (helping people who have questions out, providing useful feedback to people who start discussions, etc.), then if they get in a few minor infractions, they won't be temporarily suspended & will be let off with a warning. If I see individuals who've caused nothing but controversy and toxicity in the forum since they've begun posting, then obviously, they will receive more severe consequences. I have a basic idea of who is being helpful & who is causing drama for no reason, since I look through & moderate most of the threads on the forum.
2) Furthermore, there is the entire warning system. If an user has been warned in the past, and they continue to go on with the same offenses, they will be temporarily suspended. Tomo clearly doesn't display the tendencies to do so. He knows when to back off when a warning has been given.
3) The only case in which I can think of a user I suspended in which Tomo was involved in the situation was involving one user who continued to bring back the same argument/fight even after the threads were locked to prevent the development of a flame war. In the end, Tomo was given a warning & this user was suspended for 7 days. The difference between the suspended user & Tomo was that he stopped jumping into threads, while this suspended user continued to make new threads in an attempt to fire the argument.
But even then, there were plenty of other users who were involved in the argument, but they were not warned or suspended. I cannot recall more scenarios where I have "banned" people "several times" who were involved in arguments with Tomoyuki.
4) I never ban people permanently for matters like these. I give them 7 days of temporary suspension to cool off, as per the forum roles.
5) You won't be "banned" for expressing your opinion. I try to be as impartial and a fair mod as I can, so I appreciate the feedback. :)
