The Mc got a mini bus (was it?), he goes around adeventuring, along his adventures, he met different kinds of women, and killed people that crossed his path.
The Mc killed a mutated animal while traversing the country side at the earlier chapters, he got to upgrade his Mini bus because of it, but in exchange, his vehicle got rekt like crazy. The beast that he killed is pretty big, soooo~ the Mc looked for another vehicle that would be able to store his loot, he found another, stored his things, and pulled it using the mini bus. After that, he went to find his sister, but to his surprise, his sister became a leader of a small group, and his sister also got an ability. If I am not mistaken his sister's ability is something like electricity( lightning?). He met the group of his sister but they disdained him because he didn't have any special abilities( they didn't know at first that he got the system thingy).
His sister needed mutant beast meat to exchange for a speacially made weapon sold by a nearby military outpost, so he gave the mutant meat to his sister ( his sister's group was surprised because of this). In exchange for the meat, his sister gave him mutant beast cores that he used to upgrade his vehicle. After the transaction with the military, they somehow decided to go to a black market to exchange stuff. He met a girl slave in the black market that later became a companion. After the black market thing, the author just forgot that the Mc's sister left a group of people without any power to defend themselves back in their base. The author decided for the Mc to instead make the Mc go and find the huge miner truck that the girl slave told him. Ohh, the mc also got a lot of beast cores because they rekt the market in a fight, and also took all of the wepon that they had sold before the fight with the leader of the black market; because of the beast cores, the Mc got to upgrade his vehicle again.
After a long travel, they finally got into the location of the mining truck that the Mc wanted ( he needed it to upgrade his vehicle, along the way of his upgrades, the system let him have another cheat, which is having a second form of his vehicle). The location of the gigantic truck is in a export pier. While in the pier, they encountered a gigantic sea beast, the beast looked like a krake. Even though their was some initial problems, the mc was able to scan the miner truck that he needed.
After the pier, they decided to go to a government established haven for survivors. I forgot if when it happened but, they met a group of soldiers besieged by a powerful snake mutant. The Mc helped, killed the mutant snake for its core, and got the gratitude of the soldiers. The Mc learnt that the soldiers is in a mission to safely escort a scientist to the government, and the soldiers offered to hire him since they ( the soldiers) is now not capable of escorting the scientist ( a lot of soldiers escorting the scientist died ).
In the government established haven, a lot happened that lead to the mc further helping the government. The Mc helped in the government's campaign to attack zombies and mutant, the Mc also helped in saving yet another group of scientist trapped nearby a nuclear powerplant ( the scientist was there because they needed to shut down the nuclear powerplant, but they failed because the place is guarded by a mutant, the military with them failed miserably in killing the mutant). All in all, because of these events, the Mc was able to get alot of mutant beast cores that he used to upgrade himself and his vehicle ( his vehicle is able to make medicines that can give the Mc power through the help of an upgradable lab inside the system).

The Mc offended a person of high standing in the government settlement because he killed the said person's son. In retaliation of the general, he sent assassins to kill the Mc during his mission to escort a group of yet another scientist to get into another settlement that is bigger than the previous one that the Mc went to. The assassins failed to kill him, he found out who ordered the assassination, and rode back to kill the general since he is becoming a pain in the ass. He was able to kill the general protected by the military, he also forced the person governing the settlement to not fight with him ( he used the scientist as bargaining chips). The leader doesn't have any other option so he just let the thing go since it was a private grudge between the general and the Mc.
The Mc got back on his mission after killing the general. In the way to the other settlement, they were attacked, and someone wants to get the scientist ( someone from the government wanted to kidnap the scientist). The attacker failed and the Mc continued on his mission. After arriving at their destination, he discovered that this settlement is not as stable as the other one, and their is an ongoing internal fight among the higher ups. The settlement was divided into three ( that is what i remember), and one of the leader of this settlement was the guy who ordered to kidnap thr scientists to use as his own research team.
IcedBaby Continue reading my spoilers, the translated chapters should have been currently around the time whrn the MC went and helped the island settlement's government in their campaign to attack a horde of zombie and mutants, right? Well in this time around ,during the failed campaign to attack the mutants, he killed a general's son while they were escaping. That general was the one who ordered to assassinate him in a spoiler I mentioned above

IcedBaby The thing is, there aren't really that muvh chapter published by the author yet, and few months ago when i read this novel, I had easily catched up with the raws. Up to where i read( I think around ch500), there are really no significant changes. The MC focused on upgrading his vehicle and brain( he continued on focusing on the first upgrades that he had done), he really doesn't have that much opportunity to get alot of beast cores after the missions given to him by the government, because of this, his progress kind of slowed down.
The vehicle up to where I've read also didn't had any significant upgrades, the vehicle still has 2 forms ( the minibus and the mining truck).
The snusnu part also didn't have any significant progress since the MC didn't have the courage and chance to do these kinda thing.
All in all, there wouldn't be any significant changes in terms of romance and in terms of acquiring new abilities. The Mc focused on enhancing his existing abilities, and if I further spoil on the upgrades that he would make in his vehicle, you wouldn't have anything new to find out yourself.
His friends ( group) would know that his ability isn't natural like them, but this really wouldn't affect the flow of the story. Remember the laboratory in his system? That thing that can make elixirs that gives special abilities? The power of that thing will give you the most surprise.
