Can't Redeem Codes and Get "Parameter Error (1001)"

I tried to get it to work, but it just constantly gives me a popup that reads;

"Parameter Error (1001)"

Does anyone know what is causing the issue and how I could fix it?

Any help would be appreciated.

I_B What's the code you are using? Where did you get the Code? For what purpose was the Code given to you? Redeem Codes are meant to be uppercase and they are long, like SSFS899AFSSDDS344, this kind long.
