why.
Revenred insanity is banned in webnovel?
Yes, it is. It was banned in China, probably for its content, because China governament does a lot of censorship and Webnovel always follows their guidelines.
In China yes, but not webnovel?
Click the link I posted, working as it should and still new chapers added regularly
Though I doubt wether the Novel properly finishes when it catches up with the raws since its situation in china

Maximilian scarlett1414 66666 The author started a new book(Unlimited Bloodstone Infinity Bloodshed/Infinite Blood core) and in the preamble he said:'' The current situation of this book(Reverend Insanity) is: still banned, but not without hope of lifting the ban! I have written this book for 6 or 7 years, and it has concentrated my hard work. Anyone can give up, I will not give up.'' ,he also said, '' The reality is that it can't be updated at present!
The current web environment is the main reason.
There are no external conditions that will allow me to update. On the one hand, it is the national policy (I believe it will be adjusted better in the future), on the other hand, it is the constraint of the website contract, and the third aspect is the report of some readers and peers.
I am the person in this world who most hopes that can finish the book.'' So there is hope that it will be finished in the future maybe two years from now after he finishes his new book.
Roland_Wimbledon Dayum, this is depressing. Reverend Insanity is like the best book I have read till date. T_T
Roland_Wimbledon I wouldn't be terribly optimistic I'm afraid. Censorship is only getting worse in China, as demonstrated by the fact that Webnovel no longer contracts hentai/ecchi novels, like it used to before. If I were you, I'd consider the novel dropped, making peace with that fact.

scarlett1414 That has nothing to do with Chinese censorship and everything to do with Webnovel trying to develop their public image.
JJeditor#383526 This is because Webnovel is starting to advertise books outside of Webnovel and we are unable to advertise R18 books as the content could get our IP banned.
Tomoyuki Imo, it's the same. You can put a label about R18 and the problem is solved, as is already the case in the rest of the world, but China.
scarlett1414 If it's Chinese cenorship, they would be forced to take down all R18 stuff, regardless of whether a novel is centered on it or not. That's how censorship works. It does not care about focus.
scarlett1414 Indeed,i ain't too optimistic about it's ban being lifted, but i have a sliver of hope of an ''irregular'' conclusion after his Qidian contract ends,at least one resume telling if Fang Yuan succeeded or not.
Overlord_Venus At least the author didn't give up on writing,he have a new book and said that will focus on quality instead of quantity,so in the future we may have another masterpiece like Reverend Insanity.
Roland_Wimbledon What’s it about?
ThyUnknownSaint Well i didn't read it yet,so i don't know the plot of his new story.
ThyUnknownSaint The protagonist is a villian. I haven't read beyond chapter 200 or so but he's a really cunning protagonists who was reborn and goes about living his repeated life in a most evil manner in his quest for strength. And I absolutely loved every moment of it. He's done some pretty immoral and questionable things SPOILER cough homicide cough young kids
But the way he's written makes you root for him.
