I am a recent author on webnovel and I'm writing a novel called World Of Heroes. I am having a bit of a hard time trying to write the story and make it progress and with editing my chapters to make them better when it comes to grammar, spelling, dialogue.
Thus, I want the help of an editor to check my work and help me with the things that are wearing me out from writing more chapters.
This also a thread for other authors who want to find editors for their work.
I'm sorry to disappoint but I doubt you can find an editor for free here. Because, I doubt there's someone who is idle enough to edit the chapters of the book they don't even read.
Unless some of your readers are willing to offer some help.
I once had a free editor from my readers, but he left without a word after editing 2 chapters of my book, but still i thank him for giving me a good advice.
However, maybe you'll have your own editor once your book became a contracted book.
BlaccLotus Correction: being contracted does not mean that you will get an editor. You still have to find your own. You will be assigned a content editor, but they are more like your managers/people who you can go to ask for help from when you have questions. They will not edit for you.
JS_C The easiest way to get a contract is to wait for it and build up your readerbase. When your novel is popular enough, WN will send you a contract through Inkstone.
