Due to an upgrade to 13.5.1 for iOS, our app on Apple's new system would suffer a crash. We will be releasing a hotfix today.
Users who haven't upgraded their iOS system, please do not upgrade. The new hotfix we release today will resolve this problem.

There's a problem with the android version when you clean cache. The whole library resets. Our user settings is completely removed. Please fix it.
mine updated overnight on the auto-update mine was missing this morning.
It's been over a day and the app still doesn't work though. Can't read privilege chapters on the website too.
I can’t open the app neither. It keeps crashing. I hope they fix it soon

The app is already littered with bugs and occasional crashes/mass-logouts, and now it just isn't working. I get that this is a result of the software update, but it's been 2 days when you said it'd take only one. How about you fix all the other bugs too while you're taking your time? With you guys making sure to squeeze for money wherever you can, the very least you can do is make a working application.
