Having said that, its up to the customers to make it change by voting with their money. Rewarding bad behaviour perpetuates it and encourages others to follow in their footsteps. Punishing bad behaviour, encourages them to adopt behaviour that makes them money. Making negative comments means nothing to any purely capitalist company. Unless it changes its customers' payments.
