It worked for me today.
However, it sometimes fails due to a bug in the system. Its happened to me before and I know some other people have posted similar problems on this form. Try again tomorrow. If it continues to be a problem (or you just really want to get your fast passes) take screenshots and send it to them through their feedback email address or try to tag an administrator to either pass along this information or point you to the right contact person. Just note that they are known for being very slow to respond and it might take alot of effort to get a reply from anyone official. It took a few weeks for me to get an unhelpful response for a different issue, but hopefully it will be faster for you.
