I can't find you're account writing an novel did you use another one?
It could be that you're novel isn't popular enough. And so not worth going premium for.

Laduvin Send a direct message to your editor via Discord for an update. They might not get back to you straight away, but they do generally return your query. Given it has been 3 months, I think you're warranted a status update.
