Recently I keep on finding a very good novel that is either in trial read or first 60 chapters and it is frustrating since I cannot continue reading it

Atleast with donations to the original author you can rest assured its not being legally pirated through some shifty loophole.
Trial reads are only Chinese translations to English after all... Usually that means there's over a hundred chapters already available in Chinese on the original site.
