Excerpt:
Aarvi’s face didn’t reveal any emotions even when her life was hanging by just the hold on her hand.
Aeon Harmon panicked, holding her hand tighter at the tenth story trying to save Aarvi from falling down. “Aarvi, don’t look down, give me your other hand.”
Aarvi’s eyes were glued on Aeon who couldn’t control his emotions anymore. He was afraid, he was afraid of losing her. It was evident how much he yearned for her and whatever he said earlier was just a nest of lies to hide his real feelings.
But do I deserve him? His love?
Aarvi shrugged his hand to lose his hold on hers without a second thought.
Bored, sitting in a restaurant ignoring the business talk, Aarvi typed a message shamelessly on her mobile, [I need a kiss.]
Her lips tugged to a rare mischievous curve clicking on the send button.
It wasn’t even fifteen minutes, her mobile went off. A surprise glint flashed in her eyes. She stood up gracefully, “I need to take this call. Excuse me…”
She walked out without waiting for the response and answered the call, “Hel…”
She was suddenly yanked to the opposite private room. Before she could absorb the situation, the door was shut, she was pinned to the wall and a pair of thin soft lips pressed on her forehead calming her nerves.
‘How naive!’
She thought to herself and looked at the bewitching face of the man. She hadn’t thought he would actually ignore his client just to give her a kiss.
A kiss!
Aaron would have called her naive if he heard her thoughts. His brief pause was just to look at her astonishment.
The next second, Aarvi’s petite face was showered with gentle pecks without leaving an inch unattended.
Even though she never wanted to blush, it crept up on her cheeks involuntarily.
Aaron stopped and answered her glare without the need for the question, “Cupcake! you hadn’t mentioned where you needed the kiss.”
He didn't let her react and locked her lips.
