I have seen many manga and novel containing the elemental power of Time. They are normally categorised as an higher power element among the others, but there is vague details when it comes to explaining its uses.
Most of the time the author just mention the existence of the element and never explains it.
Have anyone read a novel with this particular element in it? If so then have the author explain it and what does it do?
A lot of time it’s used as a way to (initially) make the user faster, normally because it’s slowing down those around the user. Or speeding up healing either by speeding up time around the wound or reversing the time of area injured back to a point before it was damaged. Then later it tends to to be used as a way to see the future/past or undo events that have occurred
Well it's OP.....if u reverse time.....u can heal urself as ur body goes back in time.....u can kill someone by making their organs age....go back to past or future... It's basically OP
