What is happening when you're being hacked?
Do they leave a message on your screen?
Delete/modify a few chapters?
Try to access your other accounts?
If so, it's likely someone or a bot has accessed your account. Most likely the later option.
If you use Google to sign in, you can raise a ticket to their trust and safety. This link provides some info on it https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6294825?hl=en
Another check to see if your login email has been compromised is via this link: https://haveibeenpwned.com/
The reason I'm suggesting to check the security of your login accounts, is that at most times hackers can access accounts through these. And the access can arrive in the form of an email containing a hidden virus sent to your email from another account or phishing link.
It always pays to be sure your Google, Facebook and likewise accounts are as secure and not the issue.
Do you use any accessibility extensions? Like sticky keys, on screen keyboard and any app that aids you with typing.

And/or are you typing on a phone, like iPhone?
texascann Maybe it's an autocorrect on an iPhone. Is it better to contact iPhone (Apple) support?
The iPhone should have very good protection, on the other hand, FB and Google mail are quite vulnerable, so it's better to switch to another mail service.
There may be a text virus. If the antivirus program does not heal. The best thing is to format the disk and rearrange the Operating System.
Wi-fi, although good, is also vulnerable. You need to install a router, firewall, anti-virus proxy server, controller and connect via a LAN. But this is more likely for the middle hand of engineering companies.
And so, most likely, this is not a hacker, but the problem of an iPhone - autodialing or just a virus program, you need to check the entire disk with an antivirus.

I contacted them and I'm going to a store where there's an Apple crew to get this checked also. The reason I believe it's a real person is because it's too intuitive to just be a virus but i'm checking everything and hoping to get an answer!
texascann Good luck! I hope your question will be resolved positively!

texascann no problems
Also see if it might be something to do with the keyboard app and an incompatibility with Inkstone forms. Not sure of iPhone as I use android.
If you use third party keyboard apps, maybe switch over to the default one and try.
From what I heard from others, iPhone are typically more secure than Android, but they aren't invulnerable to adware.
I also suggest to also run a scan for adware. Especially if you're getting pop-up ads to your Safari browser.
Finally, if none of this works, go back to service@webnovel.com with an email of what you tried and your screen capture video, so they can do some further support.
Good luck. Hope this time it can be resolved.
