I'm used to have adblock on so i forgot sometimes but even then the video still go on or even when i reload with adblock off (when i think about it) sometimes it's not here.... So i just use my stone.... i'm someone who like binge reading anyway... I need at least 20 chapter out to make me continue to reading !

YueZise I use my stones but I get to like 70-80 or so and then this happens and then end up with a ton of new chapters that i cant read like 4 HM 2 Castle of Iron 2 MMORPG 2 TGT 1 Superstar and then mishmash of the others that update less frequently and then I end up down 50 -60 stones and still happening

Oh, I've been getting this too. I don't actually mind watching ads, so I only got an ad blocker for annoying ads that cover important parts of websites, because normal ads also don't bother me. But when I started noticing this, I immediately removed my adblocker because watching the ad is just much easier than having to save up currency. Sadly I haven't seen this problem being fixed, and I'm starting to think it's on purpose to make people use the currency, which will help them be able to sell it eventually. But I don't know, maybe it's some script glitch that they haven't figured out how to fix yet. Hope it does though, blowing through almost 20 novels a day, with double uploads, is so hard when using SS, and I'm seriously low on SS now. I have no hope for being able to continue my reading grind.

Piratemonkey We are focusing on this problem. The reason why the adBlock tips is shown is that the google video component can't be detected. Most likely, the google service is not available with your network.

Can you visit https://imasdk.googleapis.com/js/sdkloader/ima3.js with your network? When the javascript can't be accessed, the message shows, too. We will try to use another message to explain this.

I've been using the Mobile site, on my phone to skip the ads because it hurts my soul to use SS daily now on more than 35 novels... (exhales) and then I just refresh the site on my web browser to read there.

There are some plugins that the site seems to identify with adblock for some reason. I had the same problem while using a vpn plugin and the messages disappeared when I turned it off. Might help.

I have the same problem says adblock is still on. I uninstalled everything and tried using safari and firefox. Still get the same message. Also got the same problem with mobile chapter some chapters are still behind ad/spirit stone even though its 10 or so newer chapter has already been released.

Klepar It's jumped up to like 45 or so now... I have to learn to be picky about what I read, the most favorite first and then finding the free chapters that I hadn't looked at for some days...

Cilliez I meant to say that I've been using mobile to watch the ads because I don't really mind watching ads at all. So it really bothered me when I couldn't watch ads.. (pretty sure I'm a minority) and now I only ever use SS if my favorite novel is updated and I wanna read it so I can be happy right then and there. But so far, I'm being more accountable for my SS and being very picky and careful with where I spend it and what I keep in my wallet at all times. And that sounds like a totally adult thing, I'm proud of myself. laugh

@WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL So, last night i had to reinstall windows and all that, but im back to read my favorite novels, except... i get the "check if adblock is active". I use Adblock Plus and uBlock, and i whitelisted both of them, yet still get the check if adblock is active.

Before having to reinstall it worked, am i missing/forguetting something? any tip to try to fix it? i mean i get quite some spirit stone but also a lot of novel to read, eventually i wont get enough ss to cover all i read.

Jose_Vte A little edit, i deleted the adblock and the ublock, just to check and still cant see the ad so i cant unlock the chapter.

Jose_Vte I find that using the mobile app in place of watching the ads works well.

Or just use the mobile browser...

You use chrome or mozila or what? I'm using chrome just fine without any problem at all and I use ublock, but whitelisted the site when I'm gonna watch ad, just don't forgot to reload it.

Jose_Vte you have reload it right?
try disable any other extension first, or maybe you are using proxy or your provider just block it.

Cilliez Since i use the phone for work usually im short on battery, so i use the pc to read when im home.

GregLuck Im using windows 10 Home version 1709, and chrome versión 63.0.3239.84. No proxy. Tried whitelisting in both extensions at the same time, and one at one, nothing, tried disabling them, then tried erasing the extensions, still nothing. And yes, i reloaded everytime, even closed chrome and deleted cookies, just in case.

Even when doing all that i cant load the ad so i cant unlock the chapter, still stuck on the "Please check if AdBlock is active" even when i didnt have the adblock installed.

Yeah, this has been an ongoing problem that I haven't seen be fixed anywhere. The best bet is to try to use mobile to unlock the chapters. Being short on battery isn't a viable excuse when you can charge it. If the ads don't work, and you wish to save ss, then try what I suggested. If someone else suggests something else that works, then I'll consider it my loss. But so far, nothing I've seen on the forums helps fix it 100%

Jose_Vte Try use the mobile site or the app, is it still the same?
If either way didn't work, then just use SS, they got an expired date of 3 month, don't bother to hoard it.
