Said translator may be very lazy. They could also be having IRL problems. Or, if their translators are really bad, they could be undergoing a Quality Assessment check. After this QA, the possibility of them being fired is high.
how to report about this? like, an official one that they respond. cause it sucks to waiting and no notice being made

JavaKing Fan translations = the translators don't have a contract; they're not paid. They translate the novels for free and host them on Webnovel.

[unknown] Fan translations means they own the copyright to their translations. Qidian shares with them half the ad revenue earned on their chapters but they are not paid any flat fee (like the other Qidian translators).
