I use a chinese names and I think that may be a problem here, but the novel is my orginal and it's important to me to stay true to that, because all setting is adjusted to Chinese culture :>

If you are using full Chinese characters instead of their English translations then it could well be the problem. Webnovel has an automated system that blacklists books that use Chinese, Japanese, Korean characters. To get whitelisted, remove the characters and email webnivel support with your request for whitelusting.
However.
This should not stop your book from showing up, just restrict it from being voted for. More likely your book hasn't been vetted yet by the editorial staff. It was a recent change to combat spam book posting by bots. This sadly holds some books back initially as the process is anything but prompt.
Sadly there's no real fix if this is indeed the issue. Its very much a hurry up and wait situation. You can hop on discord and ask the editors (the mods), if there's any ETA on your books vetting status but as can be expected they must get swarmed with new creators trying to hurry them...
