If its a new creation it may be still awaiting vetting by the editors, nothing to be done but wait if such us true.
The other possibility is you included special characters in a recent chapter (unicode formatting, Chinese lettering etc) which webnovel automatically flags for blacklisting. Remove the characters then email webnovel support to be whitelisted.
