I'm so tired of system books, this system and that system and what a waste even manga's are being made about systems the utter horror....
It's mind boggling how top level writers can write system books and then be content with it. They all run along the same thread!!
yuki_hime_3519 It's obviously because people love it. Authors who want to earn a substantial amount of money would always write something that the majority of people like. If you don't want to read such books, then you have to dig deeper in the rankings. :)
I mean look at the most popular books on the site. Majority of them are in the system genre. It only makes sense people want a piece of the pie copying the popular norm.
It's a fad. Like how CEO Romances was the buzz for 2019.
I'm hoping that apocalyptic stories will be the upcoming trend.

Majority of the authors are bland from their ideology to how they express their stories.....this why constructive criticism was created. Authors need to adhere to suggestions even if it may not sound pretty. The point is to become a better writer through your readers as they see the story from a different angle.
I prefer a well worded story...I have been reading Lord of the Aldari and it's brilliant...seems like there is some talent out there after all. Will check out suggested books

. As trusted companion
. As an assistant
-its also a cheat for a writer,
. because it's a cheat for MC, writer just had it easy
. They can make the system into any shape, personality, and add many interesting role to them, making the system not only a good cheat, but also a good character.
( I don't know which system you are talking about, the levelling uo system where the system is like an RPG game interface or the personalized system who can think) I like the latter one.
I like system with humanoid personality, or the one who is still growing and learning about human personality.
They can be reliable to MC, they can also be the cause of trouble. They can be smart, they can also be stupid.
That's why I like this type of novel.
Well.. unless yiu are talking about levelling up system , or RPG and game like system. Then.. meh... That's not fun. It's a lonely life. And reading it is boring. ( At least for me)
It's juat lazy writing because yiu can just adding many skill to your MC as much as you like and the RPG like system will write it down. It's just a matter of whether the writers will remember the skill or not and ended up with forgetting the skill the MC has.
