                                      UnhingedTaboo I couldn't agree more. RI is in my opinion the best wuxia that has been translated so far. It's what I would imagine a TRUE immortal journey would be like. I actually prefer ISSTH to Pursuit of Truth. The cultivation method is a mess in POT.
                                      AWE is a big let-down. Er Gen tried to write something different and I think he missed. The humour is cringeworthy and most of the comedic situations involving the MC are amateurish at best. I think Bai Xiaochun would have been slapped to death in the first 100 chapters if he would have been a character in RI or ISSTH. But that's just my opinion. I appreciate some comedy but not if it overshadows the story entirely.
