Instead, you can use the term “fastidious.” It’s kind of the same thing with what you’re trying to say but doesn’t refer to a mental illness so it’s better.
In my opinion, something like fastiduous doesn't spark me at all. As a reader, I look at that word and say "I don't know what that means. Not interested."
OCD, on the other hand, I am interested. How would someone who is obsessed with perfection deal with being isekaid? Etc. My brother has OCD, and he couldn't care less if other people use the term. It's not offensive in the least, at least according to him.
