how to write a comment to level up?

On desktop:
Look at the side of the screen on a chapter. There should be a few symbols there. Click on the third symbol from the top. At the bottom of the new bar that pops up there should be a bar for you to type in. You can only get xp for one comment a day. Any more comments after that won't count towards your level
On app:
Tap the middle of your screen. Look at the bottom bar. The rightmost symbol should resemble a speech bubble. Click on that and a new screen should slide over. At the bottom of your screen, there should be a bar for you to write out your comment. Like desktop, you can only get xp for one comment a day. Any more comments after that won't count towards your level.
