I have 4 fast pass but in novels rebirth of vellainous crown prince it shows I have 0 fast pass while In the account it shows 4 fast pass ???

Sin_of_GREED Those are genre specific fp. On your profile page, tip fat past number, then view more on the green window to check for wich novels or comics they are useable ( and hope you are even reading one of them)
When did they bring this in? I'm only reading one comic and never had this problem before and now I can't read it coz the passes are now genre specific!? This is stupid

Fast passes received from daily check-in have become genre-specific, so you'll have to depend on the ones that come from energy stone and power stone voting, as those are still all-work fp (or you can pay for coins, of course)
Thanks for the help I didn't even knew they became genre specific sigh I remember the time when I used to get coins for reading and daily coins sigh.
