Why does it say this? Is it because I began writing it or? I looked it up on google but I think its a mistake since I don't have any actual special writing characters so it couldn't be that, any help?

It's when your book is not eligible for power ranking or power stones. Once you have 5 thousand words or more, you can vote with power stones. Sometimes you can't even vote if it has 5 thousand words. It also depends on the views. Thank you!
I've the same problem. They said it needed 4k words with no special characters to get verified by WN content editors. Though it would take days, I think.

Your information is wrong.
Once you have 4K words, the vetting of your new story will start which can take a couple to a few days, depending if you published it during a weekday or weekend.
You do not get it automatically at 4-5k words.
They have to check your book to make sure it is following the guidelines once it hits 4K words, that is why it takes a while.
Views have nothing to do with it.
Also ranking starts when your book reaches 15k words and the vetting is completed.
