Please delete my account as I am not able to do it myself. I was told to contact the email, which I did, and then the email told me to go and delete it. It just goes in an endless cycle. Please delete my account.

NovaSiva Reply back to the email, and explain clearly why you're unable to delete your account by yourself, even though your account fulfills all conditions for deletion (make sure it does fulfill them if you haven't).
My only experience with customer service (about a different issue) was similar: when I got a reply for the first time, I had to explain to them why their suggestion which was pretty irrelevant to my issue wouldn't work, then later they solved the issue. It just takes some time.
Another possibility is that they did something on their end so that you can now delete your account by yourself. Did you try to delete your account again?
