There is something wrong with the non-exclusive publishing platform “Sharestory”. Authors, a lot of them, are unable to access the site to upload our works. The site sharestory.io.com has been working well, for the most part, for well over six months with our work being published on Webnovel. Someone in charge needs to address this promptly and get at least 800+ works on Webnovel available for publishing soon.

You probably should reach out to the EMP guys on the Webnovel discord server, or if they have their own. They don't tend to frequent the forums much.
