Since February, I've been trying to change the email addresse registered to my webnovel account.
Here's why I still haven't managed to change it. Webnovel's account management system is designed to fail its users.
Firstly, the validation code for the current email address arrives roughly only once in ten attempts.
Second. The validation code for the new address arrived only ONCE in hundreds of attempts in three months period. In general tho, the code never arrives. I checked spam folder. I even searched the email server log (Google Suit lets administrators to do that) but there's nothing.
Third. When I finally got the code for the new email address, webnovel's account system does not proceed to the next stage where I enter the validation code, making it impossible to complete the process.
