Mate, I'm sorry to say this but... your collection count is at 0. It means that nobody added it to his/her library. Meaning no one is reading through your latest chapters. Meaning no comments will come. Even if you had 30 or so collections, there is a low chance of having a comment. In the end, it's up to the readers to decide if they leave comments or not. Only those with hundreds of collections and more are guaranteed to have comments at every turn. Or those who have one or two dedicated readers.

Like and be an active commenter to other people and in another book. Make yourself seen by readers of the same genre. You wrote action, go to actions novel, read their novel, react to their novel.
React to their reader too. This action will make you noticed by other people. Update regularly by having a fixed time everyday, or every week at the same time.
I do every 23:59.
Talk a lot in author's note. Not beg them to vote you or something (it works though), sing never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down.
You can do review swap. Some of their review is helpful with the critism, some are good at giving ratings.
Even if the reviewers is not your loyal reader, at least it give the illusion that your books is good.
