I’m an IOS user and atleast once a month it will say I’m offline and when I restart the app I’m logged out and desynchronised from all my books. Why?

Goodus_Biggus I have had this happen for a long time too. I’ve already got a thread up here asking for assistance but naturally there’s been no response.
I have the same issue, and then i have sync again every time and its happening daily for me now for the last 2 days. and Its annoying, and sometimes i get the the I am not a robot shit as well, and that my account is unverified.
support is not helpful at all, as in they have problem comprehending the issue, which even more annoying than the issue itself. !
