I feel you mate. Happened to me numerous times so I finally decided to linked my QI account to my FB. Save me the time having to recreated another account cause I always forgot the email and password I used.

Pizza can you tell me more details? such as what happened on the page when you found you were logged out? The page was going to the login page directly or it just couldn't load your personal information?
renjialelele When I'm reading a chapter, at times I suddenly get redirected to the login page. There are times when I'm logged in but open the library, I get logged out & redirected to the login page.
Pizza Okay. It seems something wrong with your login status. So when you get redirected to the login page, is it auto login for you ? i mean is it redirect you to the library page without the usual login steps by yourself ?
And can you remember how long you kept logged in before you logged out ?
I am currently reading Apocalypse Meltdown it started to happen to me at chapter 74. I was forcefully logged of, logged back in, logged off, logged back in, automatically. Each time I was logged off I was redirected to the login page, but then within a second it would log me back in. It would auto log me in and out. After about 2 minutes the same thing was repeated where I was logged out then logged back in. It has happened to me 3 times already.
Note: My computer is running Windows 10
I am using Google Chrome as my web browser.
My web browser is up to date.
Somehow I also have the same problem..I have difficulty to sign in, since when I sign in, it will be automatically sign out. Its happen again and again. I feel so frustrated.

Update: It happened again.. After I was brought back to my chapter, I logged out and logged back in by putting in my information. I am wondering if this will fix the error. Will update if this fixes it or does not work.

this has been an issue for a while on the pc. now its getting pretty bad again.
to clarify
before: it would auto log me out and then log me back in...
I have this time purposely logged out then logged back in putting in my account information, hoping this will reset whatever error may have occurred.

Update: Did NOT help at all. Within a minute I was logged back out then back in
Ai3 Sorry for the inconvenience. We just have a release today, maybe it is not very stable now. It will be normal soon.
renjialelele Happens frequently, I will open the app and it will ask me to log in, and then all of my active novels will reset to chapter 1 and then I have to go in and “synchronize” them one by one. Which is super annoying because sometimes it doesn’t work and I have to go through and try and remember exact chapters. Probably has happened to me 10+ times. Also it will sometimes rarely cause your unlocked chapters to relock so then I will have to remember the chapter name only and unlock again but that has only happened once or twice.
renjialelele I actually stopped reading “god of slaughter” because it was reset after I built up a nice backlog and now can’t remember where I was and just kinda guessed a chapter area. The translation quality was so poor though I just gave up lol
