I've had this bug for months now, I thought that it would get fixed sooner or later but it never happened, am I the only one with this problem?
The problem is that the library, with all the novel, the "reading lists" section etc. appears instead of the "featured" tab when I open the app.
What I mean is that from the screenshot you can see that the "featured" tab is selected, but the "library" is displayed instead. It doesn't happen always, but it does happen often. If I then select another tab and select the featured tab, I display things correctly.

It happens to me too. It also makes the "profile" tab to open the "library" instead. It also changes the language at random.
This version is buggy as hell, but they seem to not take notice of the complaints. I'm not sure if the complaints reach the dev team to be fair. I complained about the tabs issue twice, with a video, and the only thing the support did was asking me to reinstall the app. With a newly installed app, the bug doesn't reproduce, until some hours later.
A problem of cache or whatever, it shouldn't be happening nor the customer needs to reinstall the app every time it happens.
