What does it mean when you try to vote but it tell you that the work doesn't support power stones.
How can I fix it. Please any suggestions.

The first info needed is: is this work newly created and have you published 4k words for it? Chances are high the book is currently in the veto process. Takes 3 to 5 days to complete with weekends and holidays delaying it a bit.
Next, if its NOT a new book the question becomes did a recent chapter include Chinese, Korean or Japanese characters, certain emojis, or attempted to force italics/bold with say unicode or such? If any of this is answered with yes then the book was blacklisted by one of webnovels automated systems. The offending text needs to be removed and someone needs to be contacted so the book can be whitelisted... I'd say who but it seems to change every few weeks... so best to hop on discord and ask for assistance

They generally don't show up, books at least on the app, all show up as plain text. Still the system (in its infinite asshatery) reads some of those as special characters as something it should flag as 'spam'.
